Tekna have selected Sekal to the ‘’Technology Award 2018’’ for our breakthrough and leading position when digitalizing and automating of the drilling process.
Sekal technology is a result from years of research performed by NORCE and Sekal when creating software products required when automating the drilling operations. For more than 200 wells Sekal’s products have proven client value, reducing operational risk, improving efficiency and establishing consistency across crews, all lowering operational cost and risk for the clients.
The Tekna award committee emphasize Sekal’s close and long term relationship with the NORCE research institute as the industry front runner when bringing science and research into commercial products to benefit the drilling industry in achieving their goals.
