The release of DrillScene version 3.1 sees a significant enhancement of the software’s user interface, new configuration options and enhanced online documentation support.
The intuitive new interface replaces ‘raw data’ displays with enhanced tripping, drilling and trend displays and makes user configuration much easier. The release represents a key milestone as Sekal shifts its focus from providing monitoring services to supplying software directly to client users.
The DrillScene drilling monitoring and trend analysis system applies a unique technology for early detection of symptoms that can lead to drilling incidents and non-productive time (NPT). These symptoms can also be used to identify opportunities for faster drilling or tripping operations and to reduce invisible lost time. DrillScene is used by Sekal and by global oil and gas operators to monitor complex drilling operations from Client’s real-time operation centers.
